She is survived by: her sons, Damone Gasaway (Alisha Crews) of Freeport and Johnny Ray Gasaway of Freeport; her father Robert Gasaway, Sr.; her sisters, Deborah Gasaway (Wesley Wiltz) of Angleton and Raven Gasaway of Angleton; her grandchildren, DaNichelle Gasaway, DaLexis of Angleton, DeDreon Monroe of Angleton, Jayla Gasaway of Angleton, Johnny Ray Gasaway, Jr. of Kansas and Jenesis Gasaway of Kansas; her niece Cheetara Myles; her nephew Justin Bolton (Rene Bolton); her goddaughters, Kentrele Jones and Melody Williams; her uncles, Charles Holmes of Lufkin, TX and Willie Ray Holmes; her great-nephew Jordan Bolton; her cousin Annette Bess; her children, Dena Gayle and Rayburn Gayle; and her grandchildren, Donavan Avery, John and Toby Gayle. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
