He was predeceased by: his mother Monica Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Jodie Stapleton; his son David; his siblings, Ted Johnson (Chassidy) of Bowie, TX and Mandi; and his brother-in-law Chris Officer of Fredericksburg, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Allen's honor to the Wounded Warriors Project and/or Taya and Chris Kyle Foundation.
