He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf Nebgen and Lydia Jenschke Nebgen; his wife Marlene Marie Nebgen of Mary's Catholic Church; his son Keith Evan Nebgen; and his siblings, Alton Nebgen, Julia Dickey and Agnes Ross.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Nebgen Johnson (Jason E. Johnson) of Pearland Tx; and his grandsons, Christopher J. Johnson and Sean P. Johnson.
