She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome F. Horn and Lottie Horn; and her husband John. She is survived by: her children, Shayna Grove Dryanski (Oklahoma), Jonathan Grove of Fredericksburg, TX and Jared (Michelle Grove); and her brother Daniel Horn of Pittsburgh.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to Votive Hospice of Fredericksburg or a charity of the donor's choice.
