He is survived by: his wife Wilma Chapman of Fredericksburg; his children, Karen Dominguez (Jeff) of El Paso, Kimberly Dominguez (Ernie) of Carlsbad, NM, Phillip Klemmer and Lisa Payne (Mark) of Georgetown, TX; and his siblings, Myrl Chapman and Sara Ann Hudlow. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
