He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmond J. Roeder and Vernell J. Joseph Roeder; his brother Michael Lee Roeder; and his brother-in-law Ronald Fisher. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Jo Roeder; his siblings, Mark Roeder of Fredericksburg, James Roeder of Fredericksburg, Jo Gail Roeder of Fredericksburg, Carla Smith (Ricky) of Kerrville and Diana Fisher of Stonewall; and his granddaughter Abriella.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hill Country Memorial Hospice, St Mary's Catholic Church, American Cancer Society, or the charity of one's choice.
