It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kemp of Fredericksburg, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on July 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Moor Kemp and Daniel Walter Kemp; his son James F. Kemp Jr.; and the parents of child, Mary Moor Kemp and Daniel Walter Kemp.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Keller Kemp; his children, Cynthia Susan Kemp, Garcia (Mario Garcia) of San Angelo and Brian Daniel Kemp (Kelly Kammlah Kemp) of Mason; his grandchildren, Jessica Crunk, Lauren Steelman, Warren Kemp, Jordan Santa and Connor Kemp; his great grandchildren, Asher Burdett, Linkon Burdett, Benjamin Crunk, Sage Crunk and Isla Santa; his brother Richard Kemp (Tina); and his siblings-in-law, Keith Keller, Kay Durst (Mark) and Kathleen Keller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in his memory to Ambleside School of Fredericksburg, Methodist Hospice Fredericksburg or to the charity of your choice.
