It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Foerster of Fredericksburg, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Richard Foerster and Ella Mae "Helen" Hofmann Foerster; and his brother Victor Richard "Dick" Foerster. He is survived by: his wife Mary Foerster; his aunt Gertie; his uncle Rector; his children, Shawn Fisher (James), Helen Proctor (Dale) and Shelton Foerster (Kristi); his grandchildren, Rachel Czar (Daniel), Rebekah Maes (Andrew), Bryan Proctor (Jessica), Christopher Proctor (Sara), Emily Praught (Collin), Hofmann Foerster (Sarah), Brittany Foerster, Brooke West (Dillon), Jake Davis (Autumn) and James Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Eli Czar, Graham Czar, Bryan Proctor, Luke Proctor, Scarlett Proctor, Isaac Proctor, Jonah Proctor, Ivy Proctor, Ellie Praught, Wyatt Praught, Cason Foerster, Axel Foerster, Dash Foerster, Eloise Foerster, Zuzu Foerster, Baby West, March, Baby Praught and June. He is also survived by children have given him many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to First Baptist Church, Fredericksbug, TX, Tunnel to Towers Foundation or Samaritan's Purse.
