She is survived by: her husband Mac Burnett; her daughters, Joyce (Barry Smith), Melinda (Frank Mills) and Susan (Matthew Mattox); her grandchildren, Michael Nickerson, David (Sarah Nickerson), Manda (Ryan Edmonds), Jason (Jennifer Smith), Kate Smith, Meg Smith, Sam Mills, Hannah (David Evers), Lilly (Sam Tucker), Austin Mattox, Molly Mattox and Ellie Mattox; and her brother John Wheat of West Monroe, Louisiana..
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hill Country Church (107 E Lower Crabapple Rd, Fredericksburg, TX 78624).
