It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Marie Balcar of Fredericksburg, Texas, who passed away on May 15, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kramer and Gretchen Strackbein Kramer; her husband William Balcar; her brother Harvey Kramer (Dorothy Kramer); her aunt Lina; her uncle Al Giviliano; her grandson Bryce Balcar; and also, Harvey Kramer, Rick Bailey and Brian Bailey.
She is survived by: her son Shawn Balcar; her daughter-in-law Dianne McCoy of Fredericksburg; her sister Gloria Bailey; her grandson Aaron McCoy; her grandson-in-law Keith Bailey (Kathy Bailey); her great grandchildren, Jamie Bailey and Zachery Bailey; her niece Debbie Kramer; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas Davidson, Brandon Davidson and Charles Davidson.
