She was predeceased by: her sister Jewel Lochte; and her siblings-in-law, Jayne Ellis and Dan Young. She is survived by: her husband Bill Ruff; her son Billy (Robbie); her grandchildren, Colten, Emma Ruff, Austin and Donnelle Ruff; her siblings, Alma Gray, James Ellis and Etta Young; and her grandchildren, Billy and Robbie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
