It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Nebgen of Fredericksburg, Texas, born in Blanco, Texas, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Berthold J. Nebgen and Sophie Pehl Nebgen; his wife Norma Nebgen; his children, John C. Fritz and Jeanette Nelson; his siblings, Estella Klier, Olivia Fiedler and Elgin Nebgen; and his daughter-in-law Gloria Nebgen.
He is survived by: his sons, Glenn Nebgen (Debbie) of Mason, Clark Fritz of Pflugerville and Marcus Fritz (Joyce) of Mathis; his daughters-in-law, Jill Fritz of San Antonio and Mary Fritz Kennard of Pflugerville; his close friend Fauniel Register; and his son Anthony Lawrence (Mary Ann) of Mason. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in his memory to St. Mary's Capital Campaign, Methodist Hill Country Hospice, or the charity of your choice.
