He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Moore and Helen Moore; and his brother Monty. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sister Connie Easler; his brother-in-law Gary Woods; his daughter Shelly Sartin (Bill); his grandson Camron Sartin (Alexis); his daughter Cheri Graham (Bill); and his granddaughter Alexandra Graham.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Votive Hospice, Knopp Assisted Living, or a charity of one's choice.
