We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2023, at the age of 91, Frank E Fishell in Fredericksburg, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Fishell and Neva Fishell; his daughters, Karen and Valerie Kay Fishell; his siblings, Howard Fishell, Vivian Norris, Margaret Fitzgerald and Pat Fishell; and his siblings-in-law, Mary, Herbert Bush and James Bush.
He is survived by: his spouse Ipha Bush; his children, Lyn Fishell, Jay Fishell and Brett Lee Fishell; and his sister-in-law Barbara Bush Bonner. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
