He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Knopp and Amanda May Hahne Knopp; and his in-laws, Louis and Nan Sembritzky. He is survived by: his wife Sammie Knopp of Fredericksburg, Two; his children, Jeff (Lisa Knopp) and Lisa (Tim Kaman); his grandchildren, Stormie Young, Ashleigh Knopp, Tyler Kaman and Matthew Kaman; his great grandchildren, Ashlee of Connor, RJ and Marcus; and his sister Janet "Patty" Keyser of Fredericksburg.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Methodist Hill Country Hospice, Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Fredericksburg Academic Boosters, or to the charity of your choice.
