He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilbert Rufus Kneese and Norma Estella Schlaudt Kneese. He is survived by : his wife Jennett Baker Kneese; his sons, Aaron Waldrip of Fredericksburg and Clay Waldrip (Ashley) of Abilene; and his brother Barney Kneese (Mary) of Burnet. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fredericksburg Funeral Home (2278 S US Hwy 87, Fredericksburg, TX 78624). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
