He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Segner and Lucille Fritz Segner; and his brother Raymond Segner. He is survived by: his wife Kay Segner of Fredericksburg; his children, James Segner (Crissy) of Fredericksburg, Cindy Segner of Fredericksburg and Patty Segner (C. W. Lees) of Fredericksburg; his brother Tommy Segner (Barbara); his sister-in-law Laverne Segner; and his grandchildren, Brooke Segner Grona (Chase), Ryan Charles Segner and Madison Elliott.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Fredericksburg Funeral Home (2278 S US Hwy 87, Fredericksburg, TX 78624). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (304 W San Antonio St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624).
