He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin M. Watts and Bertha Ranft Watts; his siblings, Ervin Watts Jr. and Mary Perkins; his brother-in-law Charles Perkins; and his granddaughter Lauren Marie Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Jenny Watts of Fredericksburg; his children, Glenn Watts (Donna) and Lori McClellan (Michael); his grandchildren, Chris, Nicole Watts, Natalie Watts, Emma Kranich (Daniel) and AJ McClellan; his siblings-in-law, Alyce Watts and Dorman Crenwelge (Patsy); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Steven Byrd, Rick Watts, Shelly Perkins, Melinda Perkins, Tina, Steve Klein, Douglas and Adonica Crenwelge.
