He is survived by: the mother of his children Pamela Jocye Foster Arnell; his children, Staci Ramsey (Jonathan) of Bedford, VA, Casi Fraser (Keith) of Temple, TX, Traci Arnell (Jason Bryan) of Comfort and Laci Carr (Kyle) of Fredericksburg, TX; and his siblings, David Arnell of Bristow, OK and Donna Sue Dobbins (Gary) of Lyons, KS. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
