He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Lina Schmidt Herbort and Alvin Herbort. He is survived by: his siblings, Lila Mae (Edwin Beyer Jr.) and Bobby Lee (Elsie Herbort). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
