He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez McNeely and Buck McNeely; his brother Toonie McNeely; and his sister-in-law Lynda McNeely. He is survived by: his son Tommy McNeely, Jr. (Bianca) of Fred, Texas; and his sisters, Sharon Bryan of Silsbee and Linda Guillot (Jimmy) of Orange, Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
