She was predeceased by: her brother Joe Gerard Sanchez. She is survived by: her mother Henrietta Escobedo; her husband Fred Cavazos; her sons, Daniel A. Cavazos, Nicolas F. Cavazos and Adam E. Cavazos; her father Jose G. Sanchez (Mary Lupe); her siblings, Michael Ray Sanchez and Mary Magdalene Sanchez; her sister-in-law Sheryl Sanchez; her nephews, Steven Sanchez, Jonathan Sanchez and RJ Torres; and her niece Anhelica Torres.

Her selflessness drove her to serve the community by donating extensively to Food Banks and Pantries when the Pandemic broke out and was a consistent supporter of Saint Jude's.
