He is survived by: his wife Mary Richard; his children, David Richard (Linda) of Fred, Texas, Kathryn Richard of Fred and Susan Joiner (Steve) of Beaumont, Texas; and his siblings, Tony Richard (Penny) of Bevil Oaks, Jerome Richard (Teresa) of Garrison, Texas, Teresa Dean of Lumberton, Polly Brann (Jim) of Crocket and Diane Richard of Lumberton, Texas. He is also survived by six granddaughters; one great grandson.
