He is survived by: his mother Gloria Louise Morgan; his stepfather Freddy Chance of Fred; his fiancée Judy Bohannon of Fred; his children, Jeff Tatom (Judy) of Dallas, Preston Loggins of Spurger, Webster C. Keene (Alicia) of Spurger, Donald Loggins (Ashley) of Silsbee and Krystin Lindner (Don); and his siblings, Christie Smith of Silsbee, Patricia Fleetwood of Angleton, Karen Keene of Oklahoma and David Olds-Keene of Silsbee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
