She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Kay Guidry and John Lynn Guidry; her daughter Destiny Faith Hooks; her husband Ben Lincoln Hooks; her brothers, Anthony Brian Bright and Jerry Wayne Guidry; her nieces, Justice McCormick and Cheyenne Roundtree; her nephew Ethan Roundtree; her sister Casey Lynn Schlabs (Jonathan); and her nieces and nephews, Mackenzie, Summer, Willow and Maverick.
