He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lilley and Cordie Nickerson; his wife Norma Lilley; and his siblings, Clephus Lilly and Pauline Rushing.
He is survived by: his children, Juanita Lilley Dyson, Charles, Aline Stephens (Sherman), Brenda Lilley and Veronica Deckard; and his siblings, Betty Jo Cryer, Leon Lilley and Tommy Campbell. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
