He is survived by : his wife Shirley Phillips; his daughter Holly Harbin; his sons, Rodney Phillips and Charles Phillips; his grandchildren, Dustin, Rocky, Realea, Marisa, Charlie Wayne and Lucy; his brother-in-law Bruce Prichard; and also David Couch. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
