She was predeceased by: her parents, Linus W Clune and Birdie Fay Clune. She is survived by: her husband Fred Spakes; her sister Carolyn Clune-Galione of San Diego, Calif.; her sons, Bill Phillips (Carmen) of Granbury and David Phillips of Fort Worth; her grandchildren, Courtney Phillips, Taylor Fant (Justin) and Preston Phillips; and her great grandchild Joshua Fant.
