She was predeceased by: her parents, Buck Watkins and Era Watkins; her brothers, Thomas and Don Watkins; and her daughter-in-law Machelle Welch.
She is survived by: her husband Philip Welch of Frankston; her children, Phil Welch (Cindy) of Frankston, Scott Welch of Frankston and Amy Porter (Ron) of Frankston; her sister-in-law Genova Christian of Longview; and her grandchildren, Connor Welch, Sutton Vera Piper Wynns (Joab), Zane Porter, Trey, Tate, Tanner, Hunter and Conner Welch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
