He is survived by: his wife Diane Phillips of Frankston; his son Rusty Phillips (Susan) of Frankston; his sister-in-law Mary Phillips of Tyler; his grandchildren, Paige Phillips, Tyson Uhlig, Blake Phillips (Randi) and Rustin Phillips (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Riley and Jordyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
