She was predeceased by: her parents, Granville Billingsley and Dulia Mae Billingsley; her husband Jackson Clarence "JC" Hicks, Jr.; and her siblings, Gwen Cook Boyett, Dixie Cox and Granville Marsh "Red" Billingsley.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Hicks (Carolyn) of Dallas, Steve Hicks (Caroline) of Bradford, Joe Hicks (Sarah) of Frankston and Judy Bacon (Drew) of College Station. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to any of the following: Frankston City Cemetery, Frankston Garden Club, Frankston Library, or any place of your choice.
