He is survived by: his wife Pam Fowler of Frankston; his children, Rickey Fowler (Nancy), Mark Fowler (Kathe) and Patricia Saylor (John); his brother Bobby Fowler (Nat); his stepsons, Scott Willis (Jenny) and Donnie Willis (Deborah); his grandchildren, PJ Fowler, Aaron West, Shaun Jackson, Amber Jackson, Ranson Fowler, Charlotte Fowler, Teresa Fowler, Jessica Saylor and Jenny Saylor; and his stepgrandchildren, Garrett Willis, Ruben Willis, Lily Montoya, Angelina Montoya and Leticia Montoya. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
