He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Swiger Sr. and Judy Swiger (Morriss); and his sister Chris Rosteet. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Swiger; his children, Debbra Wolfram (Ernie) of Erie, PA, Robert, Amber Kirkpatrick (Sara) of Owensville and Lorra Moseley (Mike); his grandchildren, Dallas Mosley, Corrin Wolfram, Randall Wolfram, Derrick Wolfram, Izabella Moseley, Michael Moseley and Harmony; his pet Ruby; his sisters, Beth Garcia (Joe) of Longview, TX and Lisa Whetzel (Chris) of Manchester, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Madison Garcia, Carly Garcia, Wesley Swiger and Logan Whetzel.
