He was predeceased by: his brother Husband; and his wife Ann Brady Weaver. He is survived by: his daughter Angela; his son-in-law Jerry Low of Quitman; his son Larry; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Weaver of Quitman; his son Doyle; his daughter-in-law Sharon Weaver of Kerrville; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Weaver, Christopher Weaver, Lisa Weaver, Jamie Weaver DeVoe, Blake Low and Lana Low Clark. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
