She is survived by: her sons, Joe Duane Ballard (Pat) of Nashville, TN and Robert Carl Ballard of Winchester, VA.; her grandchildren, Eric Ballard, Phoebe Ballard and Mason Ballard; and her great grandchildren, Shaun, Mikayla and Madox Ballard.
