She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Pate and Minnie Pate; her husband Wayne Socia; and her grandson Harvey Barr. She is survived by: her children, David Socia Sr., Sue Barr of Frankston and Alice Socia of Frankston; and her grandchildren, Stan Barr, Kirk Barr (K'Lynn), Michael Barr (Shelby), Laeni Socia, Charis Elliott (Dylan), Jennifer Socia, Crystal Cox (B. J.) and David Socia Jr.. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
