He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Sartor and Susie Bell Sartor (Lancaster); and his brother Alan Gaston. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Payne (James) and John Ed Sartor Jr.; his close friend Jeanene Dheil; and his grandchildren, Kylie Payne, Dawsyn Sartor, Audryna Sartor and Aurora Sartor.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Autry Funeral Home - Frankston East (379 Pine St, Frankston, TX 75763). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
