He is survived by: his wife Deloris Howell of Frankston; his daughter Krystal Medlin of Frankston; his brother Wilburn Howell (Marye-Ann) of Palestine; his brother-in-law Charles Rhodes (Martha) of Frankston; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Jordan, Abby and Michael; his niece Michelle Barnes (Justin); his great-nephew Bo Walker (Brandi); and also Londyn Walker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
