He is survived by: his wife Alice Owen of Frankston; his children, Roy Lee Owen (Faye), Ronnie Rose-Owen (Mary) of Necedah, WI, Wilbur Dean Owen (Janeen) of Springtown, Henry Lee Owen (Tina Michelle) of Frankston, Darla Sims, Mildred of Rockwall and Diane Owen Boykin (Kevin) of Jacksonville; and his siblings, Rose Nell Coats of Jasper, Wilbur Douglas Owen (Doris) of Wills Point and Warren Dean Owen of Stamps, AR.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
