He is survived by: his parents, Roy Gipson Nichols and Virginia Pearl Nichols (Gideon); his wife Billie Nichols; his sister Betty Jo Boles; his son Eric; his wife Martha Nichols; his daughters, Jennifer Nichols and Stacey Nichols; his grandchildren, Erica Nichols, Bryant Nichols, Kacey Ivie and Grant Ivie; and his great grandchild Braydon Ivie.
