He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis A. Hutto and Goldie M. Barton Hutto. He is survived by: his nephew Robert; his siblings, Dorothy Jaynes, Margaret White, Wilda Owens, Ellis A. Hutto Jr., Billy Hutto, Alvin Hutto and Jerry Hutto; his wife Ruth Martin Hutto; his daughter Laura Hutto (Bjorn) of Mander; his grandchildren, Emma K., Anna C. of Mander, Gary D. Hutto III and Alexis S. Hutto Patino (Andres); his great grandchild Mila Patino; his siblings, Louise Gambill of Frankston, Sue Ward of New Mexico and Jimmy Hutto of Lake Worth; his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Walker (Irving), Charlene Anderau (Waco), Homer Martin (Anna) and Eurit Philips (La Marque); and his friend Valerie Bray.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Gary's name to the American Heart Association or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
