He is survived by: his children, Bobby Mata (Kandice) of Frankston, Emilio Shaun Mata of Jacksonville, Christopher Mata of Frankston, John Mata (Hien Nguyen) of Yukon, OK and Peggy Mata of Frankston; his brothers, Ramon, Pablo, Benito and Alfredo; and his grandchildren, Dominic, Tianna, Abel, Makaya, Hayven, Elizabeth, Austin and Ember.
