She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Jim and Ola Jane Shackelford; her husband Farris G. Smith; and her brother Kenneth Shackelford. She is survived by: her children, Terry Smith (Kim) of LaRue, Cheryl Socia of Jacksonville and Sandra King of Frankston; her brother Milton Shackelford; her grandchildren, Joe, Jana, Jessica, Jeanne, Melanie, William and Susie; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Savannah, Ashlyn, Braxton, Jaycee, Ryan, John, Natalie, Nathan, Sarah, Anna Belle and Trey.
