He is survived by: his wife Nelda Cooper Lively of Canton; his children, Carlos James Lively, Jr. (Julie) and Jeri Cleveland (Chuck); his brother Dennis Lively (Tracie) of Palestine; his stepchildren, Brent Welch (Janet) of Dallas, Brennan Welch (Nadia) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Kelsey Welch of Canton, TX, Tara Welch of Mobile, AL and Kara Welch of Bullard, TX.; and his close friends, Tom Oliver, Rick Gill and Ben Rowland. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and eight step-grandchildren.
