She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd "Doc" Burnet and Dorothy Cole (Garretson); and her siblings, Dale Cole, Ila Johnson and Becky Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband Edwin E. Barnes of Frankston; her children, Devin Musselman (Carol) of Poynor, Shane Musselman (Tracy) of LaRue, Edwin E. Barnes Jr. of Poynor, Kelly Wiggins (Frank) of Frankston and Justin Barnes (Michelle) of Frankston; and her siblings, Lyndon Cole (Paula) of Bradford and Patsy Cole of Frankston. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
