He is survived by: his parents, Mackie Lee and Mable McCullough; his children, Christie (Robert Smitherman), Abby (Chris Schoeneman) and Adam (Desiree McCullough); his grandchildren, Tanner, Dylan, Maggie, Karaline Smitherman, Reece, Ridge, Ryla Schoeneman, Adelyn, Maelyn Bauer, Katelyn and Blakelyn McCullough; his siblings, Jimmie McCullough (Evette Correa), Ricky (Pam McCullough), Sherry (James Chandler), Patty (Bill Baker) and Julie (Billy Atomanczyk); and his mother-in-law Barbara McCauley. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19, masks are strongly encouraged.
