He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Volney L. Alston Jr. and Neddy Dee Alston; his wife Mary Foyle Alston; his children, Volney L. "Rusty" Alston IV (Angela), Cherie Del Alston (Kirk) and W. Warren Alston; his grandchildren, Arturo, Cary, Alex, Aubrey, Cody, Micheal and Savannah; and his great grandchildren, CJ, Rose and Lily. He was also cherished by his kids, grandkids, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Baptist Church, Calvert, Texas.
