With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Mark Lyon III (Franklin, Texas), born in Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on November 6, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Mark Lyon Jr. and Marsalena Lyon; his son Michael Lyon; and his stepson David Jaggers. He is survived by: his wife Shellie; his sister Hazel Retherford (Larry); his children, Mark Lyon (Anne), Missie Perez (Hector) and Marcye Bowling (Mike); his grandchildren, Hayne Perez (Jennifer), Susanna Lyon, Chris Roten (Devon), Shannon Nolley, Rosanna Brzozowski (Garrett) and Pilar Perez; his great grandchildren, Aiden Roten, Evan Roten, Owen Roten, Chance Roten Chase Roten, Brady Mescher, Logan Nolley, Parker Lyon Brzozowski, Nova Quijano and Hannah Roten; his niece Karen Scott; and his cousin Nancy Lewis.
