He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Brooks and Clifton Brooks; his sister Marilyn Plagens; his brothers-in-law, Lionel Milberger and Johnny Wisnoski; and his nephews, Johnny and Billy Milberger.
He is survived by: his son Clifton Louis Brooks (CL); his wife Patricia Wisnoski Brooks; his siblings, Dorothy Milberger, Jean Baker (Howard Monroe), Nelda McClure (William) and Bobby Brooks; his siblings-in-law, Billy Plagens, Roy Wisnoski (Mari Kay), Robert Wisnoski (Rebecca), Janet Rosenquist (Frank) and Haven Wisnoski; and his grandchildren, Kobe Brooks, Baily Brooks, Maci Brooks, Cason Brooks, Henley and Ceylon Speer.
