He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldridge Fulks and Nannie Rodgers Fulks; his stepfather Berk Dowdy; his wife Margie Fulks of Franklin; his children, Kelly Fulks Wullschleger (John Wullschleger) of League City, Terrie (Jim Nichols), Todd (Shellie Fulks), Ronnie (Diane Morris) and Darryl (Kelly Morris); his sister Becky Harley of Franklin; and his grandchildren, Rob Fulks, Trevor Fulks, Bria Wullschleger, Justin Nichols, Joshua Morris, Mathew Morris, Jonathan Morris and Ryan West (Kendra Morris).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Skylar Fulks, Parker Fulks, Ryker Fulks, Oakley Falkey, Rhett West and Hayden Morris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Franklin Church of Christ (517 Bremond St, Franklin, TX 77856). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
